My insurance approved my Cochlear Hybrid surgery today! I am so thrilled and lucky! This is a new procedure, with the implant focused only on the high frequencies, and thus there can be a back and forth between the insurance and doctors that takes a while. Well, the procedure was approved without any of that interference and I am so glad I can now say that I will be implanted in March!
Whew! What a relief!
