Online Therapy is effective! Telehealth is immensely popular.
Feel safe in accessing therapy and conveniently fit it on your schedule!
Telehealth is just as effective and the research backs that up. It is safe and even EMDR is effective virtually!
DRIVING IN LOS ANGELES SUCKS!
TRAFFIC, RUSHING TO GET TO AN APPOINTMENT. UGH! AND I’M KIND OF FAR AWAY FROM YOUR OFFICE!
The sound of the car horns activates your anxiety as you rush to your appointment. If only you didn’t need to go through so much traffic to get to your therapist.
But you don’t want to give up therapy just due to traffic.
But wait! What are you going to do when you have to rush home from work and rush out the door again to go to therapy? Sure, you do it all the time for your doctor, but that’s because they don’t have online options.
You’re driving all the time in LA. Commuting to your job; running to appointments.
Gas stations are always fun, aren’t they? I thought you’d say that.
Well, therapy is available online!
UGH! ONLINE THERAPY? ISN’T THAT WEIRD?
I mean, there’s no office and no confidentiality is there?
Plus, yeah, the concept of it seems good, but how is it really?
Not only are they 100% confidential, encrypted, and tailored for you just like in-person. They help you just as in-person sessions do.
WAIT, WAIT, WAIT! IT SEEMS LIKE A LOT OF EXTRA WORK WILL BE INVOLVED.
No more work is required than if you were to come to the office. You’ll be sent the intake just as if you were my client in my office, and no complicated stuff to do either.
The process will be clear and concise. If any questions arise, and it’s before or after our session, I will respond to alleviate your concerns and clarify how the process works.
No complicated tasks, no annoying hassles. I’ll show you the way. You’ll be able use your phone, tablet, or computer!
Patrick Tully is a gay therapist who works with anxiety, stress at work, occupations such as those in the creative fields, tech fields, and others, while also being LGBTQ+ Affirmative. Your sessions will be confidential and utilize high quality encrypted networks that ensure that therapy is pristine. Sure, there’s always the possibility of technical issues, but I’m trained to deal with that. We will work it out together. Telehealth uses HIPAA-compliant secure technology to encrypt sessions.
Online or in the office…
CAN I GO TO THE OFFICE SOME DAYS AND GO ONLINE WHEN I DON’T FEEL LIKE DRIVING?
You sure can! I know how fatiguing driving can be, and you have the option to request online therapy any time! Some days we feel exhausted, or rain is pouring, and we worry about driving. There are days we feel sick and would like an appointment but don’t want to come in. So, you can now alleviate worry with video therapy.
I also offer flexible options: you can come in the office and do video whenever you just don’t feel like making the trip to the office. Or you can just use online video with me.
California is huge, and driving is a hassle. There’s no way you’d want to travel to me if you’re in Northern California!
I can see anyone in California through video therapy, and clients have marveled at the convenience.
WELL, SOUNDS GOOD, BUT HOW IS PAYMENT HANDLED? SEEMS COMPLICATED!
Payment is accepted as if you were a client who came in-person to the office. As in my office, simply place a card on file with my encrypted online platform, and payment will be seamless.
It’s no longer in its infancy, online therapy has been researched and shown to be effective, just like in-person.
But unlike those cheap online services, the in-person benefits are still offered: sessions are full-length sessions, and you get what you’d expect if you were a client in-person.
Modern therapy consists of an online therapy practice that works efficiently and well. Every session is done in a safe location… No Starbucks therapy here!
No more worrying about traffic to get to an appointment!
I offer therapy to anyone in California with high quality, encrypted video therapy. It’s easy to use and optimized for your convenience.
Sessions are conveniently conducted on your computer, smartphone, or tablet.
An LA therapist who is flexible in scheduling but still sees you as a person not just another client is rarer these days as therapists unfortunately pack their schedules.
